Campvue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to moderate, hide, or remove any content that violates these guidelines, or to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.

2. Community Respect

Campvue aims to build a community that values inclusiveness, honest sharing, and helpful contributions. Using Campvue to harass, belittle, or target other users for their opinions (including political opinions) is strictly prohibited. We will not tolerate using reviews or comments as a platform for personal attacks or bullying.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and current information about campgrounds, campsites, and related services. However, Campvue cannot guarantee that all information will always be correct, complete, or up to date.

For example, site details (such as accessibility, amenities, or location) may change without our knowledge after we collect and publish data. These changes could occur due to facility renovations, seasonal adjustments, or errors in third-party data sources such as Recreation.gov or other partners.

Always verify campsite details with the official reservation system or campground operator before making any booking or travel decisions. You agree that you use Campvue’s information at your own risk.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

Campvue may, at any time and at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. We are not obligated to notify you before taking such actions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Campvue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate data, service outages, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on Campvue or emailing you. Your continued use of Campvue after changes means you accept the new Terms.
