This Review is for a tent camper that requires tent stakes to be used. The location is good with easy access to both the nearby Virgin river and the very clean restrooms. The so called tent pad was large enough for our 10x14 Kodiak but the ground is like concrete. We were unable to hammer in our stakes. There may have been actual concrete under ground. We managed to get our stakes in about 6 inches. Absolutely NO shade here. For a RV or a freestanding tent this may be a good spot but if you need ground stakes for your tent look for a spot in D loop.
