I tent camped at site #79 in early Sept. 2025 at the end of a 2.5-week trip. It is a nice site w/a long driveway and backs up to the creek. Despite it being a Saturday night, there were plenty of empty sites and I had no issues with noisy neighbors. It was pretty windy when I first arrived, so I waited until just after the sun dipped below the horizon to set up my tent as at that point the wind almost completely disappeared. Great view of sunset over the eastern Sierra, and sunrise over the valley. Taller bushes/trees around the site for add'l privacy would bump it up another star, but more exposure is expected in this high desert environment.
