74 feels very private compared to the rest of Loop C. The 2 neighbor spots where empty, most People stayed on 62 to 69. Only a few steps to the Rim for the Sunset/Sunrise. Negative: In the morning it gets the warming sun late because of the lower elevation. - It gets cool in the Night even in June.
